I recently purchased a Lowel EGO Digital Imaging Tabletop Fluorescent Light Set. I have yet to receive it in the mail but plan on using it to photograph food here is a link http://steamykitchen.com/blog/2008/02/03/lowel-ego-lights-for-food-photography/

Then I started to think why not just buy a continuous lighting set that could be used used in the in-home studio I plan to put together soon and for food photography?
