I’m thinking of starting a website, but where do I begin??!?
Looking to start some sort of website, either a blog or some sort of Q & A forum on several topics.
Is there anyone who knows the best way to go about this? I don’t know how to create my own website or blog site and need some suggestions as to how to get started!

i am a 15 year old girl and this sweet boy who’s from boy scouts comes and sells me cookies a lot. the problem is, he is rather suspicious. Here’s a picture of him (I had to get it secretly so it’s not the best picture).
