My hair was dyed dark brown about six months ago.
It basically looks like this girl’s hair:

My natural hair color is dirty blonde though and the roots are coming in.

If I go to a salon, would they be able to dye it the dirty blonde color this girl has (which is also close to my natural color) and highlight it blonde like hers? Or is my hair too dark to do it?
